Greater Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church,  located at 35 South 22nd Street, Van Buren, Arkansas, began many years ago as Mount Zion Baptist Church. In 1928, Mount Zion and Antioch Baptist Church consolidated, and the church was renamed "Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church" and later in 1967  renamed "Greater Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church".

At Greater Pilgrim Rest, we just celebrated our 100 year anniversary. During our 100 year history, many inspiring men have served as pastors, and have led countless unbelievers to Jesus Christ.  We are continuing  to spread the gospel, today, under the pastorich of
